 In my opinion anxiety is a fear. Fear of something which we don not want to face. Sometimes it elevate our blood pressure. In this condition we feel unpleasant.

healthy diet can  have a positive impact on health  but there  is no specific food or diet that can cure anxiety on its own. However some foods that can help us to cure anxiety.

1. Banana and Pumpkin:
