Tesla hit with class action lawsuit over alleged privacy intrusion

Recent news, electric car manufacturer Tesla has been hit with a class action lawsuit over alleged privacy intrusion. The lawsuit, which was filed in California on behalf of a Tesla owner, accuses the company of using cameras and other sensors in its vehicles to spy on drivers and passengers.

According to the lawsuit, Tesla's vehicles are equipped with an extensive array of cameras, sensors, and other data collection tools that allow the company to collect detailed information about the movements and activities of its customers. This includes information about where the vehicle has been, how fast it has been traveling, and even details about the occupants of the car.

The lawsuit alleges that Tesla has been using this data to collect information about its customers without their knowledge or consent, and that the company has been sharing this information with third-party advertisers and other entities without proper safeguards in place.

Tesla has yet to comment on the lawsuit, but the company has previously.
